Through the property contact/inquiry form:

• Name
• Email address and/or phone number
• Message/inquiry
• Reference to the property or project of interest (if applicable)

Automatically, as you browse the site:

When you visit a property listing page, we log your visit as follows:

• Your IP address is immediately converted into an irreversible encrypted code (hash), and the original IP address is never stored anywhere. This code is used only to avoid counting the same visit more than once on the same day.
• That code is kept for a maximum of 7 days and then automatically deleted.
• The only thing that remains permanently is a total visit count per property (for example, "45 visits"), which contains no data that could identify you.

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or others). The only measurement mechanism on the site is the one described above.

• Responding to your inquiry about a property or project.
• Contacting you by email, phone, or WhatsApp, according to the method you provided.
• Internal statistical purposes (improving the site, understanding which properties generate the most interest).

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

To operate the site, we use the following providers, who process data on our behalf under their own security policies:

• Supabase (database and storage) — servers located in Oregon, United States
• Resend (email notification delivery)
• Vercel (site hosting)

We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you request its deletion sooner (see section 5).

You may request at any time:

• Access to the data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your data — we will process your request within 10 business days

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data (encrypted HTTPS connection, database access restricted to authorized team members only).

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or others). The only measurement mechanism is our own visit-counting system described in section 1, which does not rely on cookies.

This site is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy. The last-updated date will be shown on this same page.
